O.k.,this sounds to be the 10 amp fuse in the smart junction box itself.Should be fuse 3 I believe.This fuse is also resetting the wiper motor electronics as it feeds the wiper motor as well and still sounds like this is an internal electrical fault with the wiper motor itself needing replaced.
