The only other suggestion I can offer is to check you have battery voltage at F30 in the battery junction box, don't remove the fuse just probe the pins on the top of the fuse either side of the fuse rating. While researching engine cooling fan control circuitry, I have tried to pull several relays in the Battery Junction Box (the fuse and relay box under the hood). They don't seem to .
That means this connects to the battery junction block. Left rear corner of the engine compartment. Here is the wiring diagram that shows the other end of this connects to .
