Just a point, generators don't typically charge the batteries themselves, they run 120 volt chargers. if it has an auto transfer switch, you should hear a click when you plug in to 110. it normal position is on the generator supply side when not plugged in to 110 volts. If I use a 3X3 or 3X2 angle iron clamped between the existing hitch and frame extending out about a foot beyond the rear of the camper, I can raise the generator box about 2 1/2' above the back bumper with 2X2 square tubing.My in-laws recently purchased a 2004 Roadtrek 190 Versatile on the Chevy chassis, and it did not include a TV.
