In this research presents the sheet metal forming process that is different from traditional sheet metal forming process which has more cost and more consumed energy. This research also presents the forming process without mold that is single point incremental forming that control by CNC machine and using tools easy to produce.

A self-trained machinist, Bathgate views precision machining as an art form, with a career spent exploring ways in which digital technologies and studio craft can coexist. To create his sculptures, Bathgate utilizes handmade tools, automated milling and drilling machines, and meticulous handwork.A complete catalogue of all of Artist Chris Bathgate's Machined metal sculptures. My smaller works are expressly intended to be a fun way to approach some of the trends I see in the fine art world, the machinist world, and my own muddled head. This work incorporates two dozen magnets to hold the assembly together and their use is another thing that I have given an unusual amount of thought to.It wants to be exclusively stainless steel in my opinion. I can see little reason to break with that at this time outside of maybe making the rollers in brass or bronze so they run a little smoother on the stainless pins.Inspired by an offhanded comment, this edition was a challenge to design a complex composition using only turning operations. These constraints serve to remind how inspired ideas often come from working within the limits of our technical abilities and knowledge even as we strive to grow and improve our vision and craft.
Originally conceived of as a piece of pocket art, this little triptych was designed at the suggestion of two friends of mine. There were three versions.
