Would you recommend using a surface mount or underground junction box for the hub? I will be using underground conduit and 14 thhn solid wire for everything. The cable box is, for some reason, on our property and I had asked Comcast to contact my husband, who who is sometimes home during the day (I am not), to set up a time to come to run the lines.
Go around your property (both houses) and find any cables that are running into the ground. Ensure you know what they are and where they are going.
