The 2024-25 Vijay Hazare Trophy, the annual one-day tournament organised by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI)bonus365, will get underway from December 21, Saturday. (More Cricket News)

A total of 38 teams will lock horns against each other in 135 matches that will run till mid-January.

In this Group D fixture, Chhattisgarh clash against Mizoram in the group game to be held at the Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium, Visakhapatnam.

The match will start at 9am IST and sees Amandeep Khare-led side against Bobby Zothansanga captained Mizoram team.

Mizoram have the former KKR star KC Cariappa in their ranks. Moreover, the son of the famous Bollywood director Agni Chopra, will also look to make a bright start in the VHT.

As for Chhattisgarh, the IPL big-hitters Ashutosh Singh and Shashank Singh, will look to make their name in the 50-over format of the game.
